By their very character, these services cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold once they have been purchased or administered. Please read this Return Policy carefully before making any purchase.

No Return Policy

House of Aetheria maintains a strict no-return policy on all services, treatment packages, and products. Once a transaction has been completed — whether for a consultation, aesthetic procedure, wellness programme, or any associated product — the sale is final and no returns or exchanges will be entertained under any circumstances.

Why Returns Are Not Applicable

Aesthetic and medical services are by their nature individualized and non-transferable. The following considerations apply:

1. All treatments are tailored to the individual patient's clinical profile and cannot be reallocated to another person.
2. Consultation time, clinical assessment, and practitioner expertise are rendered at the point of service and cannot be reclaimed.
3. Pre-purchased packages and programmes are created and scheduled specifically for the purchasing patient.
4. Diagnostic evaluations, blood panels, and functional medicine assessments are unique to each individual and cannot be reused or reassigned.
5. Any products dispensed or administered as part of a treatment plan are considered consumed upon delivery.

Non-Transferability

All services, treatment packages, and consultations purchased at House of Aetheria are strictly non-transferable. They may not be gifted, sold, assigned, or transferred to any other individual under any circumstances.

Medical Exception

In the event that a treatment cannot be performed due to a medical contraindication identified by our clinical team, or at the sole discretion of the treating doctor, the value of the unused portion of a pre-paid package may be adjusted against another suitable service offered by House of Aetheria. This adjustment is subject to management approval and does not constitute a cash return or refund.

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling +91-9289993790 or +91-9289993791, or by emailing hello@houseofaetheria.com. Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the appointment and any applicable deposit or advance payment.
