Aesthetic Gynaecology in Gurugram
A complete programme of non-surgical intimate care — blending regenerative science, energy-based devices and precision injectables in a fully private clinical setting.
Intimate Health, Addressed with Clinical Precision
Aesthetic gynaecology is a subspecialty that combines clinical gynaecology, dermatology and regenerative medicine to address the functional and aesthetic concerns of female intimate anatomy. Unlike traditional gynaecology — which focuses on disease and pathology — aesthetic gynaecology targets quality-of-life concerns: laxity, dryness, pigmentation, discomfort and mild incontinence.
At House of Aetheria we have built a dedicated programme spanning four treatment categories: bioregenerative rejuvenation, volume and collagen enhancement, skin tightening and vaginal lifting, and pigmentation correction. Each protocol is designed around your specific concern, anatomy and goals — not a template.
All procedures are performed in a fully private clinical suite by our specialist, using CE-marked devices and internationally validated techniques.

What Aesthetic Gynaecology Addresses
Evidence-based interventions targeting the structural root of intimate concerns — not temporary surface management.
Restores natural structural tone, hydration and elasticity — improving daily comfort and confidence.
Effective non-surgical alternatives using radiofrequency, shockwave and regenerative biologics — no incisions, no general anaesthesia.
Alleviates dryness, irritation and pain caused by tissue changes after childbirth, hormonal shifts or natural ageing.
Helps mitigate early-stage urinary incontinence, improved pelvic floor tone and restored mucosal moisture without medication.
Tailored protocols for the structural changes that follow childbirth and the oestrogen decline of menopause — neither of which standard wellness routines can reverse.
Women report feeling more comfortable, more at ease and more confident in their bodies — outcomes that extend well beyond the clinic.
How the Treatments Work
Whether energy-based or regenerative, all aesthetic gynaecology treatments at HOA share the same four-stage biological mechanism.
Calibrated RF energy, acoustic waves or biological agents (PRP, exosomes, stem cells) are delivered precisely to the target tissue layer.
Localised heat or growth factor signalling induces immediate contraction of existing collagen fibres and triggers a natural healing cascade.
Fibroblasts produce fresh collagen and elastin. Localised blood flow improves, restoring optimal mucosal moisture, sensitivity and tissue elasticity.
A structured series of sessions spaced weeks apart achieves cumulative, long-lasting improvement in structural architecture, tone and function.
Treatment Categories
Each category addresses a distinct concern. A consultation determines the right single treatment or combination protocol for your anatomy and goals.
Bioregenerative treatments stimulate the body's own repair mechanisms using biological growth factors. Unlike synthetic materials, they work with your tissue biology to rebuild hydration, elasticity and sensitivity from the inside out. Results develop progressively over 8–12 weeks and are among the longest-lasting available.
Concentrated growth factors from your own blood stimulate collagen production, improve mucosal lubrication and enhance tissue sensitivity. Entirely autologous — zero rejection risk.
Cell-derived extracellular vesicles enhance cellular communication, repair tissue architecture and improve hydration at a cellular level. Newer technology with strong regenerative outcomes.
Mesenchymal stem cell secretome promotes the deepest level of tissue regeneration, neovascularisation and structural restoration. Fewest sessions, longest duration.
Volume-based treatments address labial laxity, reduced fullness and loss of structural definition using precisely placed injectables. Hyaluronic acid fillers provide immediate, visible restoration of volume and hydration with results lasting 12–18 months from a single session.
HA-based fillers add volume, improve hydration and increase sensitivity in the labial area. A quick, minimally invasive procedure with immediate results and minimal discomfort.
Energy-based tightening uses controlled radiofrequency and acoustic shockwave technology to deliver measurable improvements in vaginal tone, elasticity and structural support — including stress urinary incontinence. Zero downtime. No anaesthesia required.
The Cellina PR VT tip delivers controlled RF energy to the vaginal tissue layers, inducing collagen contraction and neocollagenesis. Improves tightness, vascularity, lubrication and mild SUI.
Acoustic pressure waves enhance pelvic blood flow, stimulate tissue regeneration and strengthen pelvic floor supportive structures. Clinically validated for stress urinary incontinence.
Vulvar hyperpigmentation is a common concern caused by friction, hormonal changes or post-inflammatory pigmentation. Clinical correction requires a targeted protocol personalised to skin tone — home remedies and OTC bleaching products are both ineffective and risky on intimate skin.
A personalised combination of PRP, targeted depigmentation agents and topical protocols designed for intimate skin. Safe for all skin tones when performed under specialist guidance.
Who Is a Suitable Candidate?
A private consultation will confirm suitability based on your anatomy, medical history and specific concerns.
Women experiencing vaginal laxity, reduced sensitivity or pelvic floor changes following childbirth — from 3–6 months postpartum onwards.
Women with genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) — dryness, atrophy, dyspareunia, recurrent UTIs — seeking non-hormonal structural restoration.
Women with mild to moderate SUI — involuntary leakage during coughing, sneezing, laughing or exercise — seeking a non-surgical clinical alternative to pelvic floor exercises alone.
Women with vulvar, perineal or inner thigh hyperpigmentation caused by hormonal changes, friction or post-inflammatory discolouration, seeking safe clinical correction.
Women seeking restoration of labial fullness, contour and hydration through non-surgical injectable treatment, as an alternative to surgical labiaplasty.
Who Should Wait or Seek Specialist Advice
All aesthetic gynaecology procedures at House of Aetheria begin with a full medical assessment. The following are standard clinical contraindications.
All elective intimate procedures must be deferred until at least 3–6 months postpartum to allow tissues to settle and recover naturally.
Treatments cannot be performed during an active STI, acute herpes outbreak or pelvic infection. A clear screening is required before any procedure.
Unresolved cervical dysplasia or abnormal Pap smear results are a contraindication. Resolution and clearance is required before treatment can proceed.
Internal treatments should be scheduled outside of active menstruation for optimal hygiene, visibility and patient comfort.
Anticoagulants affect the efficacy of PRP and injectable treatments. A medication review is conducted at consultation to plan appropriately.
Candidates must be willing to observe post-treatment pelvic rest (no intercourse, no tampons for 3–7 days depending on the treatment) to allow optimal healing.
Your Treatment Journey at House of Aetheria
A clear, private and fully supported experience from first consultation through to aftercare.
An in-depth, fully confidential consultation with our specialist. Your gynaecological and medical history is reviewed, a physical assessment is conducted, and a personalised treatment plan is mapped to your goals.
The treatment area is prepared with medical-grade sanitising agents. Topical numbing cream (where applicable) is applied 20–30 minutes before the session for maximum comfort.
Sessions typically take 20–45 minutes. Most treatments involve mild warmth or pressure only. You may resume normal activity immediately in most cases — there is no downtime for RF or shockwave procedures.
Written aftercare guidelines are provided covering hygiene, activity and pelvic rest instructions. A follow-up is scheduled to assess tissue response and plan the next session in your course.
