Intimate Health, Addressed with Clinical Precision

Aesthetic gynaecology is a subspecialty that combines clinical gynaecology, dermatology and regenerative medicine to address the functional and aesthetic concerns of female intimate anatomy. Unlike traditional gynaecology — which focuses on disease and pathology — aesthetic gynaecology targets quality-of-life concerns: laxity, dryness, pigmentation, discomfort and mild incontinence.

At House of Aetheria we have built a dedicated programme spanning four treatment categories: bioregenerative rejuvenation, volume and collagen enhancement, skin tightening and vaginal lifting, and pigmentation correction. Each protocol is designed around your specific concern, anatomy and goals — not a template.

All procedures are performed in a fully private clinical suite by our specialist, using CE-marked devices and internationally validated techniques.

What Aesthetic Gynaecology Addresses

Evidence-based interventions targeting the structural root of intimate concerns — not temporary surface management.

Enhanced Intimate Wellness

Restores natural structural tone, hydration and elasticity — improving daily comfort and confidence.

Non-Invasive Structural Rejuvenation

Effective non-surgical alternatives using radiofrequency, shockwave and regenerative biologics — no incisions, no general anaesthesia.

Relief from Physical Discomfort

Alleviates dryness, irritation and pain caused by tissue changes after childbirth, hormonal shifts or natural ageing.

Functional Restoration

Helps mitigate early-stage urinary incontinence, improved pelvic floor tone and restored mucosal moisture without medication.

Postpartum & Menopausal Care

Tailored protocols for the structural changes that follow childbirth and the oestrogen decline of menopause — neither of which standard wellness routines can reverse.

Renewed Self-Confidence

Women report feeling more comfortable, more at ease and more confident in their bodies — outcomes that extend well beyond the clinic.

How the Treatments Work

Whether energy-based or regenerative, all aesthetic gynaecology treatments at HOA share the same four-stage biological mechanism.

01 Controlled Energy or Biological Delivery

Calibrated RF energy, acoustic waves or biological agents (PRP, exosomes, stem cells) are delivered precisely to the target tissue layer.

02 Collagen Thermal Stimulation

Localised heat or growth factor signalling induces immediate contraction of existing collagen fibres and triggers a natural healing cascade.

03 Neocollagenesis & Vascularisation

Fibroblasts produce fresh collagen and elastin. Localised blood flow improves, restoring optimal mucosal moisture, sensitivity and tissue elasticity.

04 Cumulative Structural Remodelling

A structured series of sessions spaced weeks apart achieves cumulative, long-lasting improvement in structural architecture, tone and function.

Treatment Categories

Each category addresses a distinct concern. A consultation determines the right single treatment or combination protocol for your anatomy and goals.

Bioregenerative treatments stimulate the body's own repair mechanisms using biological growth factors. Unlike synthetic materials, they work with your tissue biology to rebuild hydration, elasticity and sensitivity from the inside out. Results develop progressively over 8–12 weeks and are among the longest-lasting available.

PRP Therapy

Concentrated growth factors from your own blood stimulate collagen production, improve mucosal lubrication and enhance tissue sensitivity. Entirely autologous — zero rejection risk.

2–3 sessions · 3–4 weeks apart · Maintenance every 6–12 months
Exosome Therapy

Cell-derived extracellular vesicles enhance cellular communication, repair tissue architecture and improve hydration at a cellular level. Newer technology with strong regenerative outcomes.

1–3 sessions · 4 weeks apart · Maintenance 1–2×/year
Stem Cell Derivatives

Mesenchymal stem cell secretome promotes the deepest level of tissue regeneration, neovascularisation and structural restoration. Fewest sessions, longest duration.

1–2 sessions · Long-lasting · Optional annual top-up

Volume-based treatments address labial laxity, reduced fullness and loss of structural definition using precisely placed injectables. Hyaluronic acid fillers provide immediate, visible restoration of volume and hydration with results lasting 12–18 months from a single session.

Hyaluronic Acid Fillers

HA-based fillers add volume, improve hydration and increase sensitivity in the labial area. A quick, minimally invasive procedure with immediate results and minimal discomfort.

1 session · Results immediate · Lasts 12–18 months

Energy-based tightening uses controlled radiofrequency and acoustic shockwave technology to deliver measurable improvements in vaginal tone, elasticity and structural support — including stress urinary incontinence. Zero downtime. No anaesthesia required.

Cellina VT Radiofrequency

The Cellina PR VT tip delivers controlled RF energy to the vaginal tissue layers, inducing collagen contraction and neocollagenesis. Improves tightness, vascularity, lubrication and mild SUI.

3–5 sessions · 3–4 weeks apart · Annual maintenance
Shockwave Therapy

Acoustic pressure waves enhance pelvic blood flow, stimulate tissue regeneration and strengthen pelvic floor supportive structures. Clinically validated for stress urinary incontinence.

3–6 sessions · 1–2 weeks apart · Zero downtime

Vulvar hyperpigmentation is a common concern caused by friction, hormonal changes or post-inflammatory pigmentation. Clinical correction requires a targeted protocol personalised to skin tone — home remedies and OTC bleaching products are both ineffective and risky on intimate skin.

Vulvar Whitening Protocol

A personalised combination of PRP, targeted depigmentation agents and topical protocols designed for intimate skin. Safe for all skin tones when performed under specialist guidance.

3–5 sessions · 2–3 weeks apart · Maintenance as needed

Who Is a Suitable Candidate?

A private consultation will confirm suitability based on your anatomy, medical history and specific concerns.

Postpartum Changes

Women experiencing vaginal laxity, reduced sensitivity or pelvic floor changes following childbirth — from 3–6 months postpartum onwards.

Menopausal & Perimenopausal Women

Women with genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) — dryness, atrophy, dyspareunia, recurrent UTIs — seeking non-hormonal structural restoration.

Stress Urinary Incontinence

Women with mild to moderate SUI — involuntary leakage during coughing, sneezing, laughing or exercise — seeking a non-surgical clinical alternative to pelvic floor exercises alone.

Intimate Hyperpigmentation

Women with vulvar, perineal or inner thigh hyperpigmentation caused by hormonal changes, friction or post-inflammatory discolouration, seeking safe clinical correction.

Labial Volume Loss

Women seeking restoration of labial fullness, contour and hydration through non-surgical injectable treatment, as an alternative to surgical labiaplasty.

Who Should Wait or Seek Specialist Advice

All aesthetic gynaecology procedures at House of Aetheria begin with a full medical assessment. The following are standard clinical contraindications.

Pregnancy

All elective intimate procedures must be deferred until at least 3–6 months postpartum to allow tissues to settle and recover naturally.

Active Pelvic Infection

Treatments cannot be performed during an active STI, acute herpes outbreak or pelvic infection. A clear screening is required before any procedure.

Abnormal Pap Smear

Unresolved cervical dysplasia or abnormal Pap smear results are a contraindication. Resolution and clearance is required before treatment can proceed.

Active Menstruation

Internal treatments should be scheduled outside of active menstruation for optimal hygiene, visibility and patient comfort.

Blood-Thinning Medication

Anticoagulants affect the efficacy of PRP and injectable treatments. A medication review is conducted at consultation to plan appropriately.

Unable to Observe Pelvic Rest

Candidates must be willing to observe post-treatment pelvic rest (no intercourse, no tampons for 3–7 days depending on the treatment) to allow optimal healing.

Your Treatment Journey at House of Aetheria

A clear, private and fully supported experience from first consultation through to aftercare.

01 Private Consultation & Clinical Evaluation

An in-depth, fully confidential consultation with our specialist. Your gynaecological and medical history is reviewed, a physical assessment is conducted, and a personalised treatment plan is mapped to your goals.

02 Preparation & Comfort Measures

The treatment area is prepared with medical-grade sanitising agents. Topical numbing cream (where applicable) is applied 20–30 minutes before the session for maximum comfort.

03 Treatment Session

Sessions typically take 20–45 minutes. Most treatments involve mild warmth or pressure only. You may resume normal activity immediately in most cases — there is no downtime for RF or shockwave procedures.

04 Aftercare & Follow-Up

Written aftercare guidelines are provided covering hygiene, activity and pelvic rest instructions. A follow-up is scheduled to assess tissue response and plan the next session in your course.

Safety, Side Effects & Our Protocols

All aesthetic gynaecology treatments at House of Aetheria are performed using CE-marked devices and internationally validated techniques under direct specialist supervision. Temporary physiological responses are normal as the body heals and remodels tissue.

  • Mild localised swelling or fullness in the treated area, resolving within 24–48 hours
  • Temporary redness or heightened sensitivity immediately following the session
  • Mild clear discharge for 2–3 days after internal RF treatments as the mucosal lining regenerates
  • Slight bruising at injection sites for 2–4 days (injectable treatments only)
Our Safety Protocols
  • Comprehensive gynaecological history and screening before every treatment course
  • Precision energy calibration based on tissue thickness and individual sensitivity thresholds
  • Patch testing and skin tone assessment prior to all whitening and pigmentation protocols
  • Detailed written aftercare provided post-session with dedicated follow-up
  • All procedures deferred during active infections, menstruation or pregnancy

Frequently Asked Questions

Aesthetic gynaecology combines clinical gynaecology, dermatology and regenerative medicine to address the functional and aesthetic concerns of female intimate anatomy — including vaginal laxity, dryness, stress urinary incontinence, reduced sensitivity and intimate hyperpigmentation — through non-surgical or minimally invasive interventions.
House of Aetheria offers four categories of treatment: Bioregenerative rejuvenation (PRP, exosomes, stem cells), Volume and collagen enhancement (hyaluronic acid fillers), Skin tightening and vaginal lifting (Cellina VT radiofrequency and shockwave therapy), and Pigmentation correction and vulvar whitening. A consultation determines the right single treatment or combination protocol for your specific concern.
Most treatments involve minimal discomfort. Cellina VT radiofrequency and shockwave therapy require no anaesthesia at all. PRP uses topical numbing cream. Injectable treatments — stem cells, exosomes and fillers — are performed under local anaesthetic. Most patients describe the experience as mild warmth or pressure, rated 2–3 out of 10.
Cellina VT and shockwave therapy typically require 3–5 sessions spaced 3–4 weeks apart. PRP and exosomes follow a course of 2–3 sessions. Stem cell treatments provide long-lasting results from 1–2 procedures. HA fillers are a single session lasting 12–18 months. Your specialist will recommend the precise protocol during consultation.
Injectable filler results are immediate. RF tightening, PRP and bioregenerative results develop progressively over 4–12 weeks as collagen remodels and tissue regenerates. Full results from a course of treatment are typically visible 6–12 weeks after the final session.
Yes — from a minimum of 3–6 months postpartum. Postpartum intimate rejuvenation is one of the most common indications for these treatments. Your specialist will confirm timing and suitability at your consultation.
