Before and after your thread lift
- Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen and fish oil for 48 hours before, unless your doctor says otherwise
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before
- Skip dental work for 2 weeks before and after
- Sleep on your back for about 2 weeks
- Avoid hard exercise, wide mouth opening and extreme expressions for around 2 weeks
- Expect a social downtime of about 5 to 7 days
